At CASA LU Art Space we will always do our best to serve our customers and we know that things happen.

If CASA LU Art Space can not comply with the start date of your preferred class, you will be offered the option to be on wait list or to be granted a full refund.

We have a limited amount of spots for our small classes and in order for us to hold a spot we need your understanding that after you received a confirmation, the class fee is due upon receipt, and sales of class packages or camps fees are final.‍ ‍

Code of Conduct

I agree that I have read through, understand, and agree that my Participant will be held to the Code of Conduct set forth below. I also agree that I have reviewed the Code of Conduct with my Participant(s). I understand that a Participant may be dismissed from an individual session or from an entire Program for a violation of the Code of Conduct or for behavior that a CASA LU representative believes is disruptive to a Program.

Refunds will not be given for Participants dismissed for failure to abide by the Code of Conduct.

CASA LU Class Code of Conduct

At CASA LU, we want every child to feel safe, welcome, and ready to learn. We use positive discipline, including clear expectations, gentle reminders, and redirection, to help students participate respectfully.

Students are expected to:

• Treat classmates and teachers with kindness. Bullying and violent behavior are not permitted.

• Follow the class structure, listen to teachers, and avoid disrupting activities.

• During cooking classes, follow directions and safety rules so everyone can participate safely.

We do our best to work closely with parents to address concerns and support their child’s success. If a student continues to disrupt class after two warnings, they will be removed from the program.
